It is part of the Clube Praia da Rocha 3 condominium, which has 24-hour security, an elevator and free parking, although this is limited in the busier months.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, clinics and bars, so you can enjoy your holiday without having to drive.

The space
One-bedroom apartment with a double bed built into the living room.

The beds already have sheets and pillows. A bath towel and hand towel are also provided for each guest.

The kitchen is equipped with a Dolce Gosto coffee machine, microwave, 2-burner electric stove, kettle, toaster, mini fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is also a TV with cable channels, wi-fi internet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, desk and air conditioning.


Other things to bear in mind:

In order to comply with legal requirements, all non-Portuguese guests will be required to identify themselves before entering the hotel via a form that will be sent to them by message. Without this identification, check-in will not be possible!

The condominium has free and limited parking,
There are NO spaces reserved for the units.

There is NO guaranteed parking space and you must use the parking lot in the vicinity of the condominium.

There is NO swimming pool or other leisure facilities in the condominium.

Pets are allowed in the house, so it is possible to find some stray fur in the house. We thank you for your understanding !
